Bengaluru’s very own WordPress habba is back, and this year it’s going bigger.
WCBLR is a community-run, not-for-profit conference for everyone building on the open web. Developers, designers, content creators, founders, and the AI-curious, all under one roof. You don’t have to live in WordPress to belong here. If you build for the web, this is your room.
It’s the heartbeat of WordPress in Bengaluru, and this year the heartbeat is racing. WordPress now powers over 40% of the web, and it’s quietly becoming one of the foundations of the agentic web: real AI agents creating, managing, and shipping through open standards like MCP, the same protocols the rest of the industry is racing to adopt.
Expect great talks, panels that don’t dodge the hard questions, and a workshop or two to get your hands dirty. And there’s more. We’re adding a Contributors Day, so charge up your laptops and come give back to the open source project that powers a huge slice of the internet.
