A Friend ticket costs ₹2,500 rather than ₹800, and the difference goes straight into the rooms, the food and the swag. Everyone here chose to pay it, so they get a section of their own. Names appear as those tickets are bought.

What is published, and what is not

A name, a picture, and whichever profile links you chose to fill in. Your email address is never shown, and neither is your employer, which ticket you bought, or anything else on the registration form.

Appearing here is the default rather than something you sign up for, which is worth knowing in advance. If you would rather not be listed, you can take your name off in about ten seconds, and it changes nothing about the ticket itself.

Both grids run in alphabetical order by first name, with nothing inside one to mark a ticket from another. A speaker sits next to somebody who has never been to a WordCamp before, which is roughly what the two days are like anyway. Friends of #WCBLR are the one exception, listed on their own above, because that ticket helps pay for the event.

It comes from Gravatar, matched on the address you registered with. No Gravatar, and you get the grey silhouette.

Your links

The WordPress.org, LinkedIn, X and website fields on the registration form. Leave one blank and it is simply left off your card.

When the list looks wrong

I registered a few minutes ago and I am not on it

This page is cached, so a new registration takes a few hours to turn up. Nothing has gone wrong and there is nothing to do. If a day passes and you are still missing, write to us.

Someone I know is coming and is not here

They have chosen to keep their name off the list, which is theirs to change and not something we can do on their behalf. They still have a ticket and they will still be there.

Can I contact people from this list?

Not from here. This is a roll call rather than a directory: no contact details are published on it and we do not pass them on to anyone, sponsors included. The WhatsApp community below is where people find each other before the camp.
