We’ve spent years talking about what WordPress does. But what if we talked about who WordPress is?
This session takes a playful detour into the brand behind the software — exploring what people associate with WordPress, how they would describe it as a person, what personality it seems to have, and the strange little contradictions that emerge when you start asking those questions.
It’s part research, part experiment, and part “why have we never thought about WordPress this way before?”
Come with an open mind. Leave with a completely different mental picture of WordPress.

About Karthik
Creator first, everything else is just an elaborate side quest.
I’m a guitarist, motorcyclist, startup founder and woodworker — which basically means I spend my time making things, breaking things, fixing things, and occasionally pretending that was the plan. I like good design, loud machines, live music, honest materials, and ideas that are better in the real world than they are in a presentation.
At the end of it all, I’m just a creator who happens to have too many hobbies and not enough storage space.
