What is published, and what is not
A name, a picture, and whichever profile links you chose to fill in. Your email address is never shown, and neither is your employer, which ticket you bought, or anything else on the registration form.
Appearing here is the default rather than something you sign up for, which is worth knowing in advance. If you would rather not be listed, you can take your name off in about ten seconds, and it changes nothing about the ticket itself.
Every kind of ticket lands in the same grid, in alphabetical order by first name, with nothing to mark one from another. A speaker sits next to somebody who has never been to a WordCamp before, which is roughly what the two days are like anyway.

Open the edit link in your ticket confirmation email and change it there.
Whether you appear
Registration asks whether you want to be listed here. Answer No, then or later from the same edit link, and you drop off this page while keeping your ticket.
The picture
It comes from Gravatar, matched on the address you registered with. No Gravatar, and you get the grey silhouette.
Your links
The WordPress.org, LinkedIn, X and website fields on the registration form. Leave one blank and it is simply left off your card.

When the list looks wrong
I registered a few minutes ago and I am not on it
This page is cached, so a new registration takes a few hours to turn up. Nothing has gone wrong and there is nothing to do. If a day passes and you are still missing, write to us.
Someone I know is coming and is not here
They have chosen to keep their name off the list, which is theirs to change and not something we can do on their behalf. They still have a ticket and they will still be there.
Can I contact people from this list?
Not from here. This is a roll call rather than a directory: no contact details are published on it and we do not pass them on to anyone, sponsors included. The WhatsApp community below is where people find each other before the camp.
