Sponsor Area Overview:
The sponsor area, also known as the Networking area, is located on the second-floor corridor of the venue. This spacious area can comfortably accommodate more than 300 people and is accessible via stairs on two sides.
What Sponsors Will Receive:
As sponsors, you will have access to sponsor booths or stalls, which consist of open tables arranged in the corridor. Each booth includes table space covered in linen, providing a professional and appealing setup. Your team can stand (or sit) behind the table, and you can proudly display your promotional standees behind it. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with your team and learn more about your products and services.
Table Dimensions and Amenities
- Gold Sponsors: A 6 feet X 3 feet rectangular table space awaits you, equipped with three chairs and two power outlets to meet your needs.
- Silver Sponsors: Enjoy a 3 feet diameter round table covered in linen, accompanied by two chairs and two power outlets.
- Bronze Sponsors: Your booth will offer a 3 feet X 1.5 feet table space, adjacent to other bronze sponsors, with one chair and one power outlet.
Make the Most of Your Booth Space:
We encourage you to use the entire booth space creatively! You have the freedom to arrange your promotional materials strategically. Showcase your brand with eye-catching standees, display your latest products on your TVs and laptops, and offer goodies to attract visitors.
Setup and Wind-Up Times:
To ensure a smooth event experience, the sponsor area will be set up on the 28th of July (Friday) afternoon by 4:00 PM. On the event day, we kindly request all sponsors to be present at the venue by 9:00 AM, ready to take charge of their sponsor booth. Please note that booth setup is not allowed before 7:30 AM.
The engaging sessions and activities of WordCamp Bengaluru 2023 will conclude at 6:00 PM. As sponsors, we kindly request you to wind up your booths by 6:45 PM on the same day.

Speakers and Sponsors Dinner
We have arranged a special networking dinner exclusively for invited speakers and WordCamp Bengaluru 2023 sponsors. This delightful evening will take place on the 28th of July, starting at approximately 7:00 PM. The dinner will serve as an excellent opportunity for organizers to meet all the speakers and sponsors.
Invitation Details:
- Gold Sponsors: You will receive four invites to the dinner.
- Silver Sponsors: Enjoy two invites to the networking event.
- Bronze Sponsors: You are welcome to join with one invite.
