We are happy to announce that the call for speakers at WordCamp Bengaluru 2023 is open!
Do you possess a unique experience or have an idea that you are keen to share with the world? Does your idea benefit people who use WordPress in their day-to-day lives or are building web experiences with WordPress!
Then, we would like you to speak at WordCamp Bengaluru on July 29, 2023!
Who can speak at WordCamp Bengaluru, 2023?
Anyone and everyone from anywhere, irrespective of their age, gender, sexual orientation, location, social class, religious beliefs, or any other criteria, are welcome to speak at WordCamp Bengaluru 2023!
We would love to have more local speakers and a good mix representing all demographics.
Please note: You need not be an expert to speak at WordCamp Bengaluru!

What are the type of talks that at the event?
- Regular talks: 30 minutes (with additional 10 min Q&A)
- Lightning talks: 10-15 minutes (no Q&A)
- Micro talks/Flash talks: 5 minutes (no Q&A)
- Panel discussions
Keep in mind that you can pitch multiple talks and offer to do a talk in different formats.
What language should my talk be in?
Most of our talks will be in English. With that said, we welcome sessions in Kannada too!
What topics can I speak about?
Your session should be helpful for people that use and work with WordPress. We are looking for sessions that are helpful or educational and tell a story. Bonus points if you can embrace the virtual format in your talk. Examples of this would include live coding, interactive chats, and discussions.
