What to do if your transaction fails?

In the unfortunate (and unlikely) event of a transaction failure, resulting in a non-issuance of a ticket (amount debited from card/account, but ticket not generated), please do not panic.

Such problems are normally associated with connection issues, over which we do not have any control. If such an issue occurs, we kindly request you contact your respective card issuer/bank to get a refund of the said amount.

Terms & Conditions

  • It is mandatory to carry a digital copy (on your Phone / Phablet / Tablet / Laptop) of the email you received after successful payment.
  • Each valid ticket admits only one person.
  • Event ID cards will be issued at the venue’s registration desk according to the event schedule.
  • Present your digital ticket to receive your entry pass.
  • Please keep the event ID card with you throughout the day.
  • The Event and/or Venue Management reserve the right of admission.
  • By submitting the form, you consent to receiving relevant emails and SMS communications from WordCamp Bengaluru regarding the event and ticketing.
  • By submitting the form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Code of Conduct.
