Ashutosh has been a part of the startup ecosystem since the age of 22. In 10 years he founded two IT firms and an online radio portal. He is currently working as the AVP of Business Development at WPoets Technology and with it heads his online radio platform called Riddleman FM. Creating content and music is Ashutosh\u2019s outlet to cool down, and he believes that ideas are in the air, pick one and start building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This belief has made him help many startups with a roadmap for go-to-market strategy. A talker, Ashutosh believes in process driven work that enables in converting business for the organisation he works for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what is the psyche behind converting potential leads? And what comes after it? What are the various strategies one should implement to convert these leads into business? Is it same for all types of businesses? Or does it change depending on the category and type of clients you wish to entertain?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This talk shall shed light on the philosophy behind business development. You shall walk through a journey of closing a potential leads through various strategies and what it means for every type of lead, big or small. The talk shall also cover the learnings as a business and marketing person and what problem might arise in the journey and how to tackle them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
