Our General Attendee Ticket is offered at a significantly reduced price to ensure that WordCamp Bengaluru (#WCBLR) 2025 remains accessible to everyone. Thanks to our generous sponsors, we can cover the event costs and provide an exceptional experience at a subsidized rate.
The Attendee Ticket allows you to register to attend #WCBLR, that allows you to attend all the sessions of the WordCamp Bengaluru, you get a swag bag at the time of the registration, you can enjoy the meals and the beverages served at the conference, and you can visit the sponsors area. All that is included in the ticket.

Please note that WordCamp Bengaluru 2025 passes are non-refundable. However, you can transfer or gift your ticket by editing the attendee details through the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.
No spot registrations will be available at the venue on the day of the event.

What to do if your transaction fails?
In the unfortunate (and unlikely) event of a transaction failure, resulting in a non-issuance of a ticket (amount debited from card/account, but ticket not generated), please do not panic. Such problems are normally associated with connection issues, over which we do not have any control. If such an issue occurs, we kindly request you contact your respective card issuer/bank to get a refund of the said amount. Please drop us a line if you have any other concerns regarding tickets – we are happy to help.
Terms & Conditions
- It is mandatory to carry a digital copy (on your Phone / Phablet / Tablet / Laptop) of the email you received after successful payment.
- Each valid ticket admits only one person.
- Event ID cards will be issued at the venue’s registration desk according to the event schedule.
- Present your digital ticket to receive your entry pass.
- Please keep the event ID card with you throughout the day.
- The Event and/or Venue Management reserve the right of admission.
- By submitting the form, you consent to receiving relevant emails and SMS communications from WordCamp Bengaluru regarding the event and ticketing.
