Cancellations & Refund Policy for WordCamp Bengaluru

WordCamp Bengaluru aims to deliver an engaging and valuable experience for all attendees. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your registration. This document outlines our policy on cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email.
Please include your full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation in your email.
Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the official WordCamp Bengaluru registration page.
Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or resale are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Attendance:
No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or no-shows.
Transfer of Tickets:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Transfer requests must be made in writing and sent via email to at least 7 days before the event.
Please include your full name, registration details, and the full name and email of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that WordCamp Bengaluru is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.
WordCamp Bengaluru is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
